POLICY & TERMS

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or packages delayed in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local postal office and use tracking information to understand the packages whereabouts.
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. We are not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Urban Mizfit due to an incorrect delivery address given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If incorrect details are entered by the customer and their order has already been placed, the customer has to contact Urban Mizfit immediately and provide their correct details. We are generally able to change order details unless it has already been shipped. We are not able to combine orders.
  • If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, Urban Mizfit reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10 AUD for Australian orders and $30 AUD for international orders.
  • Deliveries are sent with Signature on delivery. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post and DHL will leave a delivery note and your parcel can be collected at your assigned Australia post office or re-delivery can be made with DHL. We do not leave parcels unattended. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to receive the parcel.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels, which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by Australia Post or DHL.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in International deliveries, which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs clearance procedures or peak season.
  • The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
  •  International shipping costs that Urban Mizfit provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Urban Mizfit.
