SHIPPING INFO

Orders with available stock are shipped within 1-2 days of payment. Orders that contain pre-ordered items are shipped once the pre-ordered merchandise has arrived in our office.  You will receive a notification email of the stocks arrival.  However we recommend placing a separate order for available items and pre-ordered items. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. 

AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES

We send all orders via Australia Post (2-5 business days) within Australia with signature on delivery for extra security. Parcels will not be left without a signature, even if requested.

Australia post charges will apply and change according to order you will see this regulate itself at checkout. Regular delivery 2-5 business days.
Orders $75 and over qualify for free regular delivery 2-5 business days.

Deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia and other remote areas may take up to 7 business days for regular delivery.

Express delivery is available at an extra fee, price varies depending on size of goods. Delivery 1-2 business days to QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/ACT and 2-3 business days delivery to TAS/NT/WA.

PLEASE NOTE: Extra cover option (insurance) is available at nominal fee upon request for express delivery. We recommend adding this option on orders equal to $100 or more. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be dispatched as we have set courier pickup days.

Delivery to New Zealand is calculated by Australia Post at checkout:

Express Courier International (Estimated 2-5 business days) with tracking and signature on delivery. Calculated at checkout by Australia Post.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
A signature is required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted. If you enter a PO Box address your order will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed by the receiver (customer) and it is returned back to us, an extra delivery charge will apply for its return. This charge will be deducted from the customers full order amount when a online credit note is being issued.
If you live outside a metropolitan area delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

All Taxes and customs charges are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
